Greek Chicken Kebabs
These Greek Chicken Kebabs are packed with flavor thanks to a simple yogurt-based marinade spiced with cumin, paprika, cinnamon, and a punch of lemon. Whether you’re grilling or baking, they turn out juicy, smoky, and perfect for weeknight meals or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cut into bite-size chunks
 - 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
 - 1 tsp Paprika
 - 1 tsp Cumin
 - 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
 - 1 tsp Chili Flakes (optional for heat)
 - Zest of 1/2 Lemon
 - 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
 - 1/2 tsp Salt
 - 
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
 
Instructions
1. Marinate the Chicken - In a bowl or zip-top bag, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, spices, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 6 hours for deeper flavor).
2. Skewer the Chicken - Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers evenly.
3. Cook the Kebabs
- Grill Method: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill for 4–5 minutes per side until lightly charred and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
 - Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping once halfway. Broil for the last 1–2 minutes for a nice char.

- Toasted pita or flatbread
 - Tzatziki sauce
 - Chopped tomato, cucumber, and red onion
 - Extra lemon wedges
